Common questions
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open the side menu, tap Restore Purchase, and sign in with the same email you used when you bought Premium. Your entitlement is tied to your account, not your device.
The game isn't loading or looks broken
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop, or clear your browser cache on mobile). If the issue persists, email us with your browser name and version.
Can I suggest a new theme or feature?
Absolutely. We read every suggestion and use them to shape the roadmap. Drop us an email.
Is there a way to play offline?
Currently 8tango requires an internet connection for puzzle generation. We're exploring offline support for a future update.
