Common questions
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open the side menu, tap Restore Purchase, and sign in with the same email you used when you bought Premium. Your entitlement is tied to your account, not your device.
The game isn't loading or looks broken
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on desktop, or clear your browser cache on mobile). If the issue persists, email us with your browser name and version.
Can I suggest a new theme or feature?
Absolutely. We read every suggestion and use them to shape the roadmap. Drop us an email.
Is there a way to play offline?
You can install 8tango as an app (side menu → Download game on supported browsers), which makes launching instant. Puzzle generation itself still needs an internet connection, and we're exploring full offline support for a future update.
Which languages does 8tango support?
The game is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, and Dutch — including translated hints. Switch anytime via the side menu → Language.
